Replacement Parts

Canvas: use Tabletop Tycoon's Replacement Form.

Other games: use Allplay's Replacement Form.

Non-English Games: Contact the localization publisher.

Describe the part in rulebook terms and colors/materials (e.g. 1x red wood Cheese Token). No need to say how it was lost or damaged.

You’ll get a confirmation email when processed. It may take a month.

Don't send duplicate requests—they cause delays.

Can I update my address? Enter your Order # and new address into this form.

Return Policy

If you purchased a game on our webstore that is still in shrinkwrap, it is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

When we receive the item, we will refund the original payment minus a $5 USD restocking fee.

How long does it take to ship webstore orders?

Continental US shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days.

Delivery times outside the USA varu by country.

Shipping timelines may change due to factors out of our control (holidays, etc.). Refunds will not be given for packages delivered outside the estimated delivery time.

How do I log into the Pledge Manager?

STEP 1: Search your inbox and spam folder for the invitation email from Allplay or BoardGameTables.

STEP 2: If you can't find it, Go to the Pledge Manager. Enter the email address associated with your Kickstarter account to have it resent.

STEP 3: If you still can't find the email, email help@allplay.com.

Can I become an R2i Games playtester?

Yes! Join our Discord Server to jump into an online playtest via Tabletop Simulator.

Can I pitch you my game?

We're looking for games that are easy to learn, play in under an hour, and have a unique physical component. Send a brief (~5 min) video of what happens on your turn to roadtoinfamy@gmail.com.

Can I get a review copy?

Complete our Reviewer Form. We'll reach out if we would like to move forward with having review content made.
